5 tips for sinus patients during the fall… What are they?

The Saudi Ministry of Health stated, on its website, that allergic rhinitis is an inflammation of the membranes lining the nose, and it occurs when one breathes in or inhales one of the substances to which the patient is allergic (irritants).

A range of symptoms begin to appear within minutes of exposure to these substances and can affect sleep, ability to work, and focus at school.
