Embolo refuses to celebrate in front of Cameroon

Swiss striker Braille Embolo, born in Yaounde, scored a goal against his native Cameroon and refused to celebrate during a Group G match of the FIFA World Cup finals on Thursday.
And it seemed as if Embolo wanted to apologize after the rest of the Swiss players ran towards him to celebrate the goal, which led 1-0 at the start of the second half.
Empolo received a pass from Xherdan Shaqiri from the right side and fired a powerful ball from close range into the net in the 48th minute, giving Switzerland the lead after Cameroon was the better party before the break.
Embolo, 25, was born in Yaounde but grew up in Basel and scored with Switzerland’s first shot on goal.
