Young people pass the experience of the Emirati island
The Al-Shabab first football team won its third test match in its preparatory camp in the UAE capital, Abu Dhabi, by defeating Al-Jazira, UAE, 3-1, on Tuesday.
The UAE team took the initiative to open the scoring before Argentine Ever Banega equalized through a free kick from the outskirts of the penalty area at the 22nd minute, so the first half ended with the two teams tied 1-1.
In the second half, Al-Shabab players dominated the course of the match and were the most dangerous in front of the goal. Argentine Christian Guanca doubled the score with a second goal in the 71st minute, and Spaniard Santi Mina strengthened Al-Shabab’s lead with a third goal in the 90th minute.
The main list of Spain’s Vicente Moreno, the youth coach for the Al-Jazira match, included: “Hussein Shi’an, Fawaz Al-Saqour, Iago Santos, Muhammad Issa, Hussein Al-Qahtan, Nasser Al-Omran, Ever Banega, Fahd Al-Mawlid, Aaron Bobinda and Ahmed Abdo.”
Al-Abyad Al-Asimi lost the first two experiences, 0-2, against Al-Wehda, and the second, 0-1, against Sunderland, England.
Al-Shabab leads the table of the Saudi Roshan League competition with 22 points, 3 points behind Al-Nasr, who finished in second place, after 8 rounds have passed since the start of the competition.
