Al-Hilal first football team received new blows, after the injury of the trio Abdullah Al-Mayouf, the goalkeeper, Muhammad Al-Buraik, the right-back, and the Peruvian Andrei Carrillo, the midfielder, during the derby match against Al-Nasr, on Monday, at the summit of the tenth round of the Saudi Roshan League.
Al-Mayouf, Al-Breik and Carrillo were absent from the group training that resumed on Tuesday, as they attended the clinic, according to what the club announced through its official account on the social networking site Twitter, without specifying the type of injuries or the date of their return to training.
These injuries increase the difficulty of Al-Azraq’s position, which suffers from the absence of a number of its stars due to injury, such as Yasser Al-Shahrani, the left back, and its captain, Salman Al-Faraj, the midfielder, Ali Al-Bulayhi, the defender, and the Mali, Musa Mariga, the striker.
The Argentine coach, Ramon Diaz, had subjected his players, who mainly participated in the “2-2” victory match, to retrospective exercises, while the rest of the players performed technical maneuvers and various tactical applications.
Al-Azraq continues preparations with a training session on Wednesday afternoon, at its stadium, as part of its preparations for Dhamak, on Saturday, at the end of the 11th round competitions.
