The Al-Wehda first football team and its counterpart Al-Adalah settled for a goalless draw in the match that took place on Friday at King Abdulaziz Sports City Stadium in Al-Shara’i, within the 11th round of the Saudi Roshan League.
The first half was characterized by calm for most of its periods, without any team posing a threat to the other team’s goal except at intervals, and the scenario did not change in the second half, and the most prominent goal in it was a goal scored by the Peruvian Christopher Gonzalez, the justice midfield player, at the 55th minute, but the referee canceled it after returning. To the video assistant referee technology “VAR” because there was a mistake in favor of the unit before the ball reached the Peruvian player.
The tie is the first between the two teams in the history of their confrontations in the professional league, after two previous matches that ended with Al-Wehda winning 2-0 and 4-2.
With this result, Al-Wahda raised its tally to 9 points in the 13th place, and Al-Adalah to 5 points in the 14th place.
Al-Wehda will be the guest of Al-Shabab on Thursday, and Al-Adalah will meet Al-Fateh, on Friday, in the 12th round of the league.
